Our Nest

We found our dream home on the 7th June 2008.

We were initially looking for a cosy 4 room flat. But we do realise that in the resale market, the COV (cash over valuation) for 4 room flats and 5 room flats does not differ greatly. Therefore, we decided since we are gonna cough up the same amount of cash, we might as well find one where we could stay comfortably for a long time to come. And fate should have it that after a 2 weeks search, we both fell madly in love with this house.

Its a 5 room flat at Tampines, located very near the PIE and Changi Airport. It covers an area of 129 square metres and is pretty well renovated, which probably means we don’t need to renovated too much.

So through this page, I’ll share the milestones of our process of owning our home. Stay tuned!
